In collaboration with energy drink company Red Bull, eco-friendly skincare company Haeckels has created an edible cup made from bio-material.

According to Haeckels, roughly one hundred million single-use plastic cups are used annually at festivals worldwide. As such, the bio-material-based alternative was developed to reduce the staggering amount of waste.

From 25th-28th August, attendees of the We Out Here Festival in Cambridgeshire will be able to try the bio-based cup at Red Bull’s Haeckels Lab Bar.
