shape.In conversation with the column, the brasiliense says that she has been doing physical activities since she was young.“I started this 'relationship' at the age of 15 and this 'fitness fad' didn't exist yet.Social networks were already starting to rise and, as soon as Instagram started, I was already adept at sharing workouts at the gym”, shares Thaiz.The nutritionist explains that, at the age of 19, she had already achieved a greater regularity in the rhythm of training.“I went to the gym until Saturday and Sunday — I was even judged a lot at that time —.People had a certain prejudice with those who attended gyms and posted.It wasn't as accepted and cool as it is today, I feel it,” she says.Thaiz Brito likes to work out every day.“It's almost a ritual, I feel really good when I go.I always have a very lively playlist and I confess that I lift the spirits at this moment”, she comments.The brasiliense says that she alternates training.“I don't do leg training more than 3 times a week, so as not to harm hypertrophy.I still usually do lower body workouts between two to three times,” she delivers.On the remaining days, the nutritionist performs cardio, either through stairs or running.“At the beginning of the pandemic I started to run and I picked up a nice pace.On Sundays, I like to run in the park.I need to move every day.It seems like it’s harder for me not to go than to go, and I understand that sounds weird to a lot of people,” she declares.The muse confesses that if she had more free time, she would do activities like jazz or some kind of wrestling.“Maybe one day… but today, my time is more with gym and cardio, which are very effective for me”, she emphasizes.Despite recognizing the importance of accompanying a personal trainer during the exercises, Thaiz says that she does not feel the need.After all, for years the athlete has been practicing physical activities, such as weight training, and has mastered the area.“I like to train listening to music, I end up entering a private world.So I prefer to train alone, without friends and personal, even ”, she assumes.The popular saying “Blacksmith's house, stick skewer” doesn't fit Thaiz's way of life.As a nutritionist, she ensures that all her professional knowledge positively affects her routine.“I believe that this has totally to do with my natural way of being, with my essence”, she says.“Our body is a consequence of our daily choices, including food.So it would be hypocritical of me to say that I don't care about my body.As I take great care of food, I end up having a certain demand with my physical shape, because I understand that, because of my profession, I end up being a source of inspiration for many people”, says Thaiz.The brasiliense emphasizes that she has a tendency and is easy to swell, especially if she ingests certain types of food, alcoholic beverages or if she is in the PMS phase.“I don't like the bloated feeling.So, I try to keep my physical activity and diet up to date so I don’t bloat,” she reveals.The Metrópoles employee adds that, in addition to a daily diet and exercise, she has allies to keep her body slim.“Today, I invested in a treatment at Lilly Estética, a company that is a benefits club and has braces procedures”, she announces.Thaiz Brito tried the ZField, a device that performs 36,000 muscle contractions in 30 minutes, and the Endymed, which improves body contour, localized fat and skin texture.“I invested in the treatment of the buttocks region, to potentiate the effects of weight training”, she beautician.She works at home and, since I suffer from retention at some stages, this helps me to deflate”, she shares.Thaiz says she doesn't eat many meals throughout the day.“I usually have breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner.After dinner, there's always dark chocolate, I don't deny it,” she declares.I really like everything I eat.Healthy meal, for me, is something very pleasurable.I feel good and enjoy the feeling of nourishing my body with good quality foodFor breakfast, the nutritionist eats gluten-free bread with eggs and the traditional coffee.For lunch, she counts on Delight, a healthy lunch box company that customizes meals.“There are always vegetables and vegetables, with lean meat and a portion of rice (to a lesser extent) and beans”, she specifies.In the afternoon, Thaiz Brito makes more practical snack options, such as a protein bar, fruit or couscous.And at dinner, she uses the fit lunch box again.“Overall, I avoid sugar as much as possible, and I also avoid snacking.I don't eat calories for nothing, but I respect my body's wishes”, explains the nutritionist.Thaiz adds that she uses supplements.“How do I restrict calories, supplement to meet daily nutritional needs,” she quotes.She consumes green propolis extract for immunity, chlorella, which is an antioxidant that helps the body detoxify;Whey Protein, which, in addition to protein, been inspired by Thaiz's lifestyle, but don't know where to start or how to stay focused, she gives some advice: “The fundamental secret is to like what you eat.If it’s sacrificing for you, forget it, you won’t have adherence,” she suggests.In the expert's opinion, even if we don't have a perfect diet, it's better to have a balanced eating routine, with foods that we like and well adjusted, than to let the food loose, eating in an uncontrolled way.Another point highlighted by the fitness muse is to drink plenty of water.“Water promotes satiety, accelerates metabolism and helps to deflate.I charge myself a lot with it,” she says.Thaiz is a fan of dark chocolates — and guarantees that this is not because of the diet —.“Dark chocolate has a caloric density similar to conventional chocolate.The differential of this type of chocolate is the higher cocoa content, a source of antioxidants and the absence of sugar, but it contains fat, so it is not good to exaggerate.I try to eat a 30g tablet a day and that's it.I don't go out eating in an uncontrolled way”, she exemplifies.The main thing is not to skip steps.If you are sedentary, it is impossible to sleep and wake up an athleteFinally, the brasiliense recommends starting with small goals — the important thing is to start from scratch —.“Everything in life is a matter of priority and training.Gradually, you will be able to get involved with physical activity, as it has scientifically proven pleasurable effects.By the time you realize it, you're already addicted,” she notes.The nutritionist also reiterates that it is important to seek an activity that you enjoy.“No one is forced to love bodybuilding.There are other activities that work the muscles and they are not in gym environments, such as outdoors or in
